U.S News | Sream Alleges Fresno Shop is Selling Counterfeit Smoker’s Products

Sream Inc. doing business as RooR USA with same exclusive trademark has filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court Eastern District of California against Akbal Singh and Does 1-10 with case number 1:18-cv-379 alleging the defendants infringed on its trademark by selling counterfeit RooR products at the defendant’s retail shop in Fresno for Less.

The plaintiff has accused the defendants of infringing on her trademark and selling counterfeit of their products without authorization.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, profits and statutory damages of up to $2 million per defendants, attorney’s fees, costs of suit, restitution, and further relief as the court may deem just.

The case is currently pending.
