NCC Impounds Pirated Works In Onitsha

The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC) has intercepted pirated goods worth over N2 million in a market in Onitsha, Anambra. Mr. Emeka Ogbonna, the Zonal Manager of NCC, told newsmen recently after a raid that the seized pirated goods were mainly music plates. He said that two persons had been apprehended in connection with the seizures. Mr. Ogbonna said that the commission was alerted by some traders on the activities of the pirates. Read more
