The National Pharmacovigilance Centre (NPC), National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), has trained members of the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria (PCN), Enugu state council, on how they could play a significant role in enlightening Nigerians on the need to report adverse drug reaction and its consequences.  Director General of NAFDAC, Dr. Paul Orhii, who was represented by the Chief Regulatory Officer, Elemuwa Uchenna, said since no drug was completely free from ADR-adverse drug reaction, it became imperative to train the physicians who are custodians of medicine on the need to monitor ADR.
