The NAFDAC Airport Head, Mr. John Okwori, said that the confiscated products included unregistered and unlabeled blood glucose test strips unbranded, herbal skin doctor massage cream for stretch marks from China which according to Okwori may be possibly branded with label and sold in Nigeria which definitely will hamper the health of the citizenry.

Mr. Okwori recalled that the agency had earlier confiscated empty PVC cosmetic packaging containers for counterfeiting registered products and Benchmate PAR-BRO 60 powder in sachets all imported from China.

He reiterated the agency’s deep commitment to take action against importers of counterfeit goods and expired products.
