A Copyright Assignment Agreement is used when one person owns a copyright to any kind of work (such as a song, movie, screenplay, book, artwork or painting) and wishes to transfer the ownership of that copyright to another person. These types of agreements provide an easy way to transfer copyrighted works. They contain all the information needed to record the assignment with the Nigerian Copyright Commission.
