Requirements at the Time of Filing
- Power of Attorney duly legalized up to the Bahraini Consulate or Apostilled.
- An Extract from the Commercial Register or a Certificate of Incorporation duly legalized as above or Apostilled.
- Certified copy of the priority document, if priority is claimed.
(All the above required at the time of filing)
Term of protection: 10 years from filing date and renewable for similar periods within one year from the expiry date or 6 months after expiry date.
